San Choy Bao (asian tacos)
750gm Chicken Mince
2 Cloves of Garlic
1 Onion
1 Glug of Olive Oil
2 stalks of Celeary
1 Red Capsicum
1 small handful of water chest nuts
5 tbl spoons of Hoi Sin sauce (can use Indo Kecap Manis)
1 Iceberg Lettuce
1 handful of chopped nuts
Action:
Dice the onion, celeary, capsicunm, water chestnuts.
Fry up onion and garlic in oil until brown and then add chicken mince, stir in two table spoons of the Hoi Sin sauce. When chicken mince is brown, then add remaining chopped vegetables and sauce, simmer for 8-10 minutes.
